　　十大穷光蛋第十名：下岗工人 白辛苦
　　年龄：39岁。
   　月收入：200元。
      上榜理由：白先生自下岗以来，生活本来极为可忧，幸亏老婆深明大义，及时与之离婚，并将儿子一并带走，所以白先生*每日上街卖苦力，竟能收入200余元，重新过上了幸福生活。
　
   　十大穷光蛋第九名：孤寡老太太 吴仁理
　    年龄：71岁。
　　月收入：100元
　　上榜理由：卖茶叶蛋老字号，坚持多年，收入稳定，长时间位居排行榜中

　　十大穷光蛋第八名：垃圾婆 朱八姐。
　　年龄：60岁。
　　月收入：60-70元。
　　上榜理由：朱女士的事业今年有了突破性发展，去年她只拥有一个垃圾箱的使用权，今年，她已经能控制三个垃圾箱了。而且，她破天荒地拥有了一个200元的大额存折，估计到明年，如无意外，朱女士肯定会跌出前十名。

　　年龄：不详。
　　月收入：平均50元左右。
　　上榜理由：穷界新秀。本来排名在一百名之外，但由于两名绿林好汉相信报纸上说，中国的乞丐其实都是大款，所以对全先生实行了抢劫，所以全先生荣登一甲。

　　十大穷光蛋第六名：板车司机 梅运连
　　年龄：55岁。
　　2009年收入：200元。
　　上榜理由：本来梅运连先生每年蹬板车能收入两三千块，没有入选的资格。但他今年不慎撞上了城管，板车被没收，他本人又因不服从管理吃了城管的铁拳，掉了半边牙齿。不得不去镶牙，花费甚多，故此收入只余二百多元十大穷光蛋

       第五名：舔盘高手 额不着
　　年龄：不详。
　　月收入：0元。
　　上榜理由：额先生十余年如一日，出没于大小饭店舔盘子，尝遍了山珍海味，为保持城市卫生做出了突出贡献。但可惜各家饭馆老板一毛不拔，从来不付给额先生一文现金，所以，额先生除了落下一副好下水之外，一无所得。

　　十大穷光蛋第四名：郊区农民 邹背运
　　年龄47岁。
　　月收入：-50元。
　　上榜理由：邹先生儿子尿毒症，老婆红斑狼疮，为治病家底赔光，房无一间，地无一垄。瑟缩在亲戚家一处破房内度日，每月收入入不敷出，倒贴五十元已属万幸

　　十大穷光蛋第三名：大学毕业生 舒白念
　　年龄：24岁。
　　月收入：-150元。
　　上榜理由：舒大学士寒窗苦读，总算熬到毕业。奈何工作难找，自己好歹也算知识分子，高不成，低不就，只能窝在爹妈手里苦盼时机。爹妈每月供吃供喝，还要发零用钱若干，如此算来，每月倒贴少说150块。

　　十大穷光蛋第二名：进城民工 哭无泪
　　年龄：33岁
　　月收入：-300元。
　　上榜理由：进城打工，辛辛苦苦盖大楼，流尽了汗，累折了腰。等大楼竣工，老板却跑了，说好的每月三百元工资全泡汤，弄得回家的火车票都没钱买，因此荣登排行榜次席。

　　十大穷光蛋第一名：欠债大王 穷又横
　　年龄：25岁。
　　月收入：-10000元。
　　上榜理由：穷先生原来做买卖，可惜连连赔本，四处举债，也是血本无归。最终，穷先生大彻大悟，干脆拼命借钱，什么银行贷款，私人拆兑，乃至高利贷印子钱都来者不拒，大借特借。如今穷先生欠了一屁股债，连本带利，按他老人家活80岁计算，每月需还一万元才可还清。穷先生泰山崩于前而不变色，反正只剩烂命一条，随你的便，反而是那些债主磕头作揖，好话说尽，好烟好酒好吃好喝小姐按摩方能换来穷先生优先考虑还债的承诺。穷先生穷上了瘾，且为天下穷人扬眉吐气，穷光蛋排行榜头名状元当之无愧
